Founded in 2016, Resilience launches as Arceo to provide insurers with effective real-time data, analytics and context, necessary to safely and efficiently underwrite cyber risk.
Arceo receives its second round of funding – rebranding as Resilience – building on its platform to create a holistic cyber risk management solution connecting cyber insurance to cybersecurity risk.
Resilience brings its first insurance product to market as an MGA (managing general agent), starting a limited distribution partnership with the largest brokers in the US.
Resilience launches the first iteration of its SaaS cyber risk management solution, helping clients holistically manage their cyber risk. In its first year, the Resilience Solution delivered a huge impact, with ZERO Edge solution clients having to pay an extortion claim to resolve a ransomware incident.
In its fourth round of funding, Resilience raises $100mm in Series D financing from existing investors Lightspeed Ventures and General Catalyst to expand its cyber risk management solution.

Vishaal Hariprasad, known by his handle “V8,” has served as a cyber operations officer in the US Air Force since 2006 and remains active in the Reserves to this day.
